from one of the Guides is often available in knowledgeGarden by clicking the Live Support icon. There are two of these—one located in the title bar at the top of each page and another in the Menu on the left of each page.
If the icon is blue and it says ONLINE it means one of the Guides is logged in and available to help.
They will try to answer any knowledgeGarden questions you have. If they don't have the answer, they'll point you in the right direction.
It sometimes takes a while for the message to get through, so don’t be put off it takes a minute or so for your question to be processed.
